Return conditions:

• Items received damaged or defective will be fully refunded, including return shipping costs.
• Opened or used items are not eligible for refund for hygiene reasons.

Refund processing: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
